These glossy tiles are about 4-1/4" by 4-1/4" and 5/16 inch thick. Using my digital calibrator, tiles measure 4.27" wide and .30 inch thick.Tile measures 4.32" wide on the self-spacing lugs.These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.These tiles made by The Color Tile Company during the 1970's -1990'sColor Tile Company in business from 1953 until 1993. Imprinted on back of tiles is: Made in USA, I have two different version of the back of this tile, the fronts are identical... see pictures.
