Polycarbonate has a glass transition temperature of about 147 °C (297 °F; 420 K), so it softens gradually above this point and flows above about 155 °C (311 °F; 428 K) Tubes less than full length (6 Ft) are cut on a band saw, and may have slight burrs, shavings, etc. Larger Diameters may not be perfectly flat or straight or perpindicular to the length due to blade taper/wandering. For any country outside of the United States, the maximum length that can be shipped is 5 foot lengths.
