Includes single hinge (leaf and hinge receiver), screws, and instruction guide. NOTE: If replacing one hinge, replace all hinges on the panel as well.Andersen has 3 generations of hinges:1. 1989-1991: These hinges had one hole in the center of the tab.2. 1992 to November 2005: This generation had two holes.3.
