Works with all Stanley garage door openers or gate receivers manufactured since 1982 that have 10 DIP code switches operating on 310MHz. This is a brand new item that comes from dealer bulk purchase pack. This means that it is wrapped in a plastic bag (no box). Comes with Velcro strip, battery (installed) and programming instructions.
